PSL-season promotions and cricket-event bonuses are time-limited and will expire at the end of the stated promotional period regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met. Always check the expiry date before opting in to a time-sensitive offer.

PK365 offers sports betting across cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sporting events. All bets placed through PK365 are subject to the following rules.

Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system unless PK365 invokes a void under the circumstances described below. The settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser.

• PK365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing or manipulation.
• Bets placed after an event has started are subject to the in-play odds displayed at the time of placement — pre-match odds do not apply retroactively.
• If a cricket match is abandoned or reduced due to weather, Duckworth-Lewis method results are accepted as official.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are shown at the time of placement.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out — a single void leg in an accumulator may reduce the payout according to the stated accumulator rules.
• PK365 does not accept bets from individuals with insider knowledge of an event outcome.
• Automated betting software, bots or scripted bet placement is strictly prohibited.

Funds in a suspended account will not be accessible during the investigation period. If the account is cleared, access and funds will be restored. If the investigation results in permanent closure for cause, funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your own PK365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following identity verification.
